Thank you so much! I ordered my groomsmen's gifts from your site. I waited until the last minute to order because I kept finding the same generic gifts on other sites. I ultimately ordered the personalized football jersey signs for most of my groomsmen and a pub sign for groomsmen that weren't into sports. Even though I waited until the last minute, all of my gifts arrived earlier than anticipated. I couldn't be any happier with the products and service I received (especially Natalie). Exceptional Customer Service
I wanted to thank you, and particularly one of your staff - Alex, for a recent purchase I made through GroomStand.
I discovered your website last week while searching on Google for a gift to give as a cabin-warming present. Ultimately, I settled on a trout vintage cabin pub sign offered by your company. My order was to be shipped to me in Orange County, CA, and I planned to carry it with me to a lodge in Alaska.
Once I made the decision to purchase the sign, I called your 800 number with questions regarding how to correctly place my order so that the appropriate personalization information was engraved on each line of the sign. My call was taken by Alex. Not only was she exceptionally professional, but she also was friendly, helpful, efficient, and went out of her way to ensure that my order arrived exactly the way I wanted. She went so far as to take my phone number, research my question, adjust the online order form to suit my needs, and call me back within minutes. She also assured me that the product would arrive well-before my departure date of June 9th. I was able to place my order immediately knowing that it would be accurate and in-hand before my trip.
Alex truly went above-and-beyond what I would have expected and I am very appreciative of her time and assistance. Please pass along my gratitude to her.
When the sign arrived, significantly earlier than expected (so fast!), it was even nicer in person than the photos online represented. I know the family in Alaska will be thrilled with it.
To sum up my experience with GroomStand - you had an original product that was perfect for what I needed, a wonderfully helpful and accommodating staff member, fast processing and shipping, and a beautiful product.

A Love Letter to GroomStand's Customer Service
Earlier today, I needed to place an order for 13 business card holders... engraved. I need them by the 20th of May. Catherine not only helped me find another selection of business card holders that would be ready for my time-frame, she placed the order and immediately emailed the receipt. In my opinion, she took the time to truly take care of a customer's needs, was so funny and friendly throughout our conversation and quite frankly, made my hectic Monday quite a bit better. My Groomsmen Will Be Happy
I wanted to thank Groomstand.com for a great gift for my groomsmen. I got the personalized pub signs and they look really sharp. I was weary that the picture on the website were not going to live up to the end product but the end product is even better. You should allow comments on products so people can leave this kind of feedback for others shopping for gifts. I would have ordered my signs a lot earlier if I could have known that others were satisfied as I ended up being! On another note there was one mix up with a name misspelling and I wanted to thank your customer service for getting the problem fixed and getting the sign turned around and out to me in time for our wedding.
