A Love Letter to GroomStand

Earlier today, I needed to place an order for 13 business card holders... engraved.  I need them by the 20th of May. Catherine not only helped me find another selection of business card holders that would be ready for my time-frame, she placed the order and immediately emailed the receipt.
 
In my opinion, she took the time to truly take care of a customer's needs, was so funny and friendly throughout our conversation and quite frankly, made my hectic Monday quite a bit better.
 
Customer service is lacking in almost every industry, I am so pleased to be taking the time to write a "love letter" instead of a complaint... I hope this is a pleasant surprise for you too!
 
Catherine made my experience great and I will return to your site for gifts in the future.
